Personal information is handled in line with POPIA-aware principles of purpose limitation, consent where required, minimum collection, security safeguards and accountable access.
GDPR and cross-border data principles
Where European or other extra-territorial rules apply to a deployment, processing is governed by the relevant contract, transfer mechanism and local operator. This website policy does not replace those agreements.

Information collected
The website may collect name, organisation, country, email, phone, area of interest, message content, and technical data needed to operate the site (such as security tokens and basic request metadata). Newsletter sign-ups collect email address.
Purpose of processing
Information is used to route partnership and company enquiries, respond to messages, operate security controls (including reCAPTCHA), and maintain legitimate website operations.
Consent
Form submission includes consent for OmniGroup to use the information to route and respond to the enquiry. Marketing lists are separate from operational enquiry handling.
Data retention
Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed for relationship, follow-up, security and legal purposes. Retention for a contracted programme is defined in that programme’s agreement.
Security safeguards
Forms use transport encryption, server-side validation, rate limiting, a honeypot field and reCAPTCHA. Access to mailbox and hosting credentials is restricted.
Data-subject rights
Depending on applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection. Requests can be sent to hello@omnigroup.world.

Third-party processors
Email delivery uses the Omni mail host. reCAPTCHA is provided by Google. Hosting and reverse-proxy infrastructure may process technical logs. Processors for a client programme are named in that programme’s documentation.
Cross-border processing
Website hosting, email and security services may process data outside the country from which a visitor submits a form. Programme-level cross-border processing is governed by the relevant deployment agreement.
Youth and learner information
OmniHumanLoop Academy and related learning programmes, when live, will collect learner information under a specific programme notice. This website form is not a learner enrolment system. Youth data in a training programme must follow the programme’s consent and safeguarding rules.
Incident reporting
Security or privacy incidents relating to this website can be reported to hello@omnigroup.world. Programme incidents follow the incident process in the relevant agreement.
